Next’s HPD Regenerative Desiccant dryers are designed for reliable treatment of compressed air in a high-pressure range from 300 to 6000+ psig / 20 to 420+ bar and offer 26+ models from 80 to 1500 CFM. Next’s HPD high-pressure twin tower desiccant dryer series are engineered to dry compressed air and gasses for sensitive high-pressure applications. The HPD series dryers come in five different pressure classes: 300 psig / 20 bar, 1500 psig / 100 bar, 3600 psig / 250 bar, 5000 psig / 350 bar, and 6000+ psig / 420+ Bar, with pressure dew points of -40 ° F to -100 °F / -40 ° C to -7.3 °C. The HPD series comes standard with High-Pressure Pre & Post mounted filtration, accompanied by an advanced 4.6 Hmi Touch Screen Controller. Construction includes a rugged welded coated steel twin tower design and high-pressure 316 stainless steel control air tubing on select HPD models.
